FULL BEEF

price is on carcass weight approx. 800 lbs plus processing. Approx. cost with (white paper) $4100

HALF BEEF

price is on carcass weight approx. 400 lbs. plus processing. Approx. cost (white paper) $2200

(vac pack) $2600 for approx 240# of meat..........$4.85/pound

QUARTER BEEF

price is on carcass weight approx. 200 lbs.plus processing. Approx cost (white paper) $1200

(vac pack) $127O  for approx. 120# of meat...........$4.90/pound
